What is a Flexday Suite?

Flexday Suites are a new class of office spaces that are a lot like traditional office suites - furnished with desks, chairs, workstation area, private meeting room or private office, private kitchenette, and WIFI - but can be booked by the day on the days you need them. Any size team can now book an office space for specific days, weeks or month without a lease or monthly commitment, contracts, or deposits.

How many people can fit in a Flexday Suite?

Flexday Suites - like many office spaces - vary in size, and are best for teams of 5-50. It's best to assess each Flexday Suite to see what best accommodates your team size. Alternatively, our Concierge can also help find the best one based on your team size, location, function, and budget. Simply chat up our Concierge team in our website or app, or email us at concierge@flexday.com .

How much are Flexday Suites priced?

Flexday Suites start from $800/day, and are typically priced depending on their size (sq. ft.) and utility (i.e.: how many sub-functional rooms, private offices, meeting rooms, etc. can be used by the team). Some Flexday Suites offer a bulk price of up to 30% off listed day prices when you book it for 3+ days (so plan and budget ahead to get beter rates). If you have a different budget or space requirement in mind, simply chat up our Concierge team in our website or app, or email us at concierge@flexday.com .

How can I book a Flexday Suite for my team? What are the payment terms?

We've made it easier to book a Flexday Suite for teams: Simply select the day office you want, pick your days, and pay with a credit card! Upon completion, you will receive a couple of confirmation emails (including the receipt) from us, and detailing how you can get in your office suite. We leave it up to the booking manager to forward the information to the rest of their team members for now, but feel free to reach out to our Concierge team if you want us to forward some info about the Flexday Suite you booked to your team.

Alternatively, you can also ask our Concierge team to find you an appropriate Flexday Suite in a specific location, and with a budget, date and team size in mind. We'll forward some options via email, and send an invoice you can pay by credit card.

For all reservations totalling less than 3 months' room use, Flexday requires full payment upfront. For bookings that are longer, payment can be separated into 3-month installments. Email our Concierge team at concierge@flexday.com for any of these requests.

Are there deposits or other requirements to booking a Flexday Suite?

Nope. Flexday Suites can be booked online and paid with a credit card (like a hotel), but we don't put a deposit hold on your credit card. Just pay for the day/s your team needs an office, and arrive on the day of your reservation.

What time are Flexday Suites open?

Flexday Suites are mostly open normal office hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., though some have extended hours. Best to check each suite and/or ask our Concierge team for a specific one you're eye-ing. Your team can arrive anytime within those hours. No formal checking-in processes needed, just arrive on the day of your reservation.

I just booked a Flexday Suite. How can I get in?

Entry instructions for Flexday Suites vary. Some Flexday Suites have security that can let you in at the lobby, some have keypad entry, some have physical keys in a lockbox. Each Flexday Suite has a specific entry instruction that our Concierge team usually shares via email, along with a confirmation of your booking payment. Watch out for these emails - and if you are still having issues, feel free to chat with our Concierge team on our website or app (or email concierge@flexday.com). We're always here to help!

How do I adjust or cancel a Flexday Suite booking?

We understand that adjustments and cancellations happen. Typically, we require 10 business days' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation; however, we will always do our best to accommodate. Simply chat with our Concierge team on our website or app (or email concierge@flexday.com). We're always here to help!
