Tucked in the heart of Toronto's Downtown West neighbourhood, this beautifully renovated suite occupies a full floor in a classic Allied Heritage building. The warm brick-and-beam character — exposed brick walls, original hardwood floors, and exposed pipes — gives the space a creative energy that feels both inspiring and genuinely comfortable for a full workday.
With 20+ dedicated workstations and three distinct meeting spaces, this suite is purpose-built for teams that need to both collaborate and focus in the same place. The large conference room handles your all-hands, the two smaller rooms work for breakout sessions or one-on-ones, and the additional private rooms double as quiet call booths. Located at 56 The Esplanade — a beautifully positioned Allied building steps from the Waterfront — this newly renovated suite brings a crisp, modern feel with high ceilings and contemporary finishes that make the space feel both professional and welcoming.
The workstations are generously sized and professionally equipped, so your team can actually settle in and get work done. Two modern phone booths with barstool seating give you dedicated space for private calls or solo virtual meetings without having to step outside the suite. The conference room is surrounded by windows, creating a naturally lit setting for your team meetings with a large TV/AV setup for remote attendees. Unlimited coffee and filtered water are included in the private kitchenette, where there's also a dining table for your team to take a proper break together.

The workspace offers both individual stations for heads-down work and a pod configuration for team projects, so you can structure the day however suits your team. The eight-seater conference room with moveable AV makes it easy to loop in remote teammates, and the two solo private rooms provide quiet space for calls or focused work when you need to step away. Like Suite 310 upstairs, this suite comes with a private kitchenette stocked with unlimited coffee and filtered water.
