This suite is over 4,000 sq. ft. and is great for scheduled team workdays or offsite HQs for up to 35. It is located in the heart of Toronto's Downtown West neighborhood, and is newly renovated with warm brick and beam features, featuring exposed pipes and original hardwood floors.

This creative team suite has 20+ individual workstations for heads down work. It features a large conference-style room with a professionally-equipped TV/AV for remote access, as well as two smaller meeting rooms with rolling TVs. There three additional breakout spaces that can double as private call rooms or individual offices. The private kitchenette space offers coffee for your team, and a dining area that's separated from the work area. The front has an open breakout space with soft seating, allowing you also to welcome guests for the day.
