This summer, we're giving 15 teams a free day in a Flexday Suite — no strings, no trial. Just a real team workday, on us.

Here's what we're doing and why.

If you book your team into a Flexday Suite for a full day before July 15, we'll give you a free Friday to use anytime before August 30. Not a trial period. Not a demo with a sales call on the back end. A real, full day in a private suite — your whole team, every room, every amenity — completely on us.

We're calling it Free Friday, and we're capping it at 15 teams across the network.

Why we're doing this

Something we've noticed over and over again: there's usually someone on a team who's been quietly making the case for getting everyone in a room. Maybe for months. They know the planning day needs to actually happen. They know the new hire's first week would land differently if the whole team was there. They know the meeting that keeps getting pushed would finally get resolved if people could just look at each other.

They're right. And they deserve the win.

Free Friday is designed to give that person — and their team — the reason to move. You book a paid day, you bring your team in, and you walk away with a free Friday to use however makes sense before the summer ends. No complicated sign-up process. No lengthy commitment to figure out.

The details

What you get: Two full days in a private Flexday Suite — one paid, one on us.

Who it's for: New Flexday customers only. If your team hasn't booked with us in the past 6 months, you qualify.

How many spots: 15 teams across the network. We're keeping it small because we want every experience to actually land well.

Booking deadline: July 15, 2026. You have until August 30 to use the free Friday — so there's plenty of flexibility on timing once you're in.

What's included in every suite: Private multi-room workspace, individual workstations, meeting rooms with TV/AV, kitchenette with coffee and filtered water, high-speed wifi, extended hours, and virtual concierge support. Your team gets the whole floor. No shared coworking, no strangers at the next desk.

What a Flexday Suite actually looks like

Every Flexday Suite is a fully private, fully furnished team office — bookable by the day, without a lease. You get dedicated workstations for heads-down work, one or more meeting rooms for the sessions that need a proper table and a screen, breakout space for the conversations that don't fit a calendar invite, and a private kitchenette so your team can actually settle in for the day.

The whole point is that when you're there, you're not managing logistics. You're just with your team.
