Once a contract is signed, your team can start using the space as early as the next day!

These new lease types are a part of what Flexday offers to its customers, and present a pragmatic solution for some companies facing high growth pressures. A team that's painstakingly made the unanimous commitment to work in office for a limited period of time (working on fast, dynamic, high velocity product build iterations) - say, for 3-6 months - can immediately find an office space to use the very next day.

After that project period, the team disbands and retains its status quo distributed workplace model, with individual contributors working remotely and teams meeting in-person on select, few days again.

This is - along with shorter increment office bookings (i.e.: on-demand by the day or fractional select days in a week for the next couple of weeks) - are exactly what we make available with our network of landlord partners. 141 Adelaide St. West is a beautiful 18-storey boutique office building located in the downtown core of Toronto. The building is just over 188,000 sq. ft. and is made up of many tenants ranging in size. It was built in 1973 but renovated in 2023, with a brand-new dine-in restaurant on the ground floor, and is within walking distance of Union Station, St. Andrew's Station and King Station.
